Just a brief update on what is presently taking place at the loft.

All basic treatments have been completed. The birds are exercising well and training has commenced with 4 short training tosses having been completed up to 30klm. The electronic rings have been ordered and are due for delivery within the next 7 days. As soon as the birds have reached 100klm electronic rings will be fitted and a stock list advertised on the website. This should be by not later than the next fortnight.

The birds are in good hands receiving personal attention from OB who is at the loft each day just after 7am. Yazeed is doing an excellent job of overseeing that all goes well and arranging transport for the training flights. Dr De Beer is testing the birds on a regular basis and is more than happy with their present condition which is reflected in their return from the short training flights.
